  1. Are points that I earn in store valid online?
    Yes, points earned in store and online are both valid in store and online.

  2. How do I redeem my rewards online?
    Rewards are generally redeemed at the cart, before checking out. You can manage your Rewards Points and see products that you can redeem rewards with by logging into your account and selecting My Points and Rewards.

  3. I forgot my password, how do I log in?
    Click “Forgot Password,” submit your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password.

  4. Can I return online purchases in store?
    Yes, but not for cash refund, store credit only.

  5. Do you ship internationally?
    Not at this time.

  6. Can I use my Beauty Plus Salon gift card online?
    Not Right Now

  7. Why are some brands only available at a Beauty Plus Salon location?
    Since we buy our products direct from manufacture, there are some brands that are only allowed to be sold in a salon environment. Check your local BPS for availability.
