Description
PM Skin Tonic can be used as a facial toner before shaving for light hydration; or used post-shave, it helps reduce the appearance of razor bumps with barley seed extract. Menthol cools the skin without making it feel tight or dry, and an agave citrus scent provides an energizing effect.
