How to Use
Using the spoolie end of the brush, brush eyebrow hairs upward. Using the angled tip brush, dip into the product to get only a small amount. Outline the bottom and top of your brow and lightly fill in. Stay within the outline and extend where needed. Using the spoolie, blend out the product and pull through to fill in any remaining gaps.
