ONLINE Store Return Policy
Product Returns:
Items must be unused, unopened and NEW condition. All returns must have an RMA#. Any return sent with out an RMA# will not be accepted. Email us to request a return @ online@beautyplussalon.com. Items that were used or tested are not returnable. Valid Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery date.
All "Vincent" items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
The following items are FINAL SALE due to health regulations:
Nail Polish, Hair Brushes, Hair Color, Hair Clips, Hot Roller Sets, Wigs, Hair Extensions, Tweezers, Cosmetics and/or any Personal Implements.
Appliance Returns:
Appliance must be unused, unopened and In NEW re-sellable condition to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to determine if a product was used or opened. All appliance returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns on Appliance must be requested within 30 days of delivery date.
If appliance is defective or malfunctions it may be returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days contact the manufacturer directly for repair or exchange. Manufacturer’s warranty information is present inside the box.
Further warranty issues must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty
Returning your Order
- Refunding Shipping Fee: Original shipping charges paid at the time of order placed are refunded ONLY if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Beauty Plus Salon.
- Incorrect Product Ordered: Customer is responsible for all shipping fees when incorrect product is ordered.
- Request to Cancel Order: Customer is responsible for all shipping fees when a request is made to cancel order after order has shipped.
If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and provide a photo of the defective item.

-Free Shipping is on all Continental U.S. orders $59 or More. Shipping fee and tax do not count towards the $59 minimum for free shipping. If your SUBTOTAL drops below $59 after the coupon code is applied, a $6.95 shipping fee will apply. Shipping fee is calculated after all discounts are applied.
* Standard Shipping: We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
-Orders received after 12PM EST or on Saturday and Sunday are normally processed in 3-5 business days.

$9.95 Flat Rate Shipping Charge.
Orders Shipped To Canada
Free shipping to Canada on all orders $150 or more. $19.95 Flat Rate Shipping Charge on orders less than $150. Please allow for 7-14 business days of total processing/delivery time.
All Canadian orders are subject to local fees, taxes, duties and customs. When you place an order with Beauty Plus Salon, you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue Canada to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes.
Holidays
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:
