Not happy with your purchase? Let us help you find the right product for you. Email us with any questions or any advice needs. Refunds will be granted within 30 days of purchase and Exchange within 60 days of purchase.
The following items are Final Sale due to health regulations:
Nail Polish, Hair Brushes, Hair Clips, Wigs, Hair Extensions, Cosmetics and/or any personal implements.
Refunds on Appliance must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Appliance must be unused, unopened and In re-sellable condition to qualify for a Refund. We reserve the right to determine if a product was used or opened.
If appliance is defective or malfunctions it may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days contact the manufacturer directly for repair or exchange. Manufacturer’s warranty information is present inside the box.
Further warranty issues must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty
Returning your Order
Refunding Shipping Fee: Original shipping charges paid at the time of order placed are refunded ONLY if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Beauty Plus Salon.
Incorrect Product Ordered: Customer is responsible for all shipping fees when incorrect product is ordered.
- Request to Cancel Order: Customer is responsible for all shipping fees when a request is made to cancel order after order has shipped.
All Returns and Exchanges require a RMA#. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be generated to you when you email or call us requesting to return or exchange a product purchased.
If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and provide a photo of the defective item.
If we made a mistake with your order we will cover all shipping and handling back to us.
Any Online purchase may be Returned or Exchanged at any of our Retail Locations. ONLINE Return/Exchange policy enforced at our Retail Locations.
Beauty Plus Salon Rewards Points
- Rewards points earned for product being returned will be deducted from your account.
- If you redeemed your rewards points to buy an item and then return it, those points will be added back to your Rewards account.

All Canadian orders are subject to local fees, taxes, duties and customs. When you place an order with Beauty Plus Salon, you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue Canada to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes.
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:
