How to Use
Apply a thin layer of Essie base coat or solution followed by 1 coat of Essie Watercolor shade White Page polish, then your favorite Essie silk watercolor shade, followed by your favorite Essie top coat for a super shiny, chip resistant manicure that will be dry in a flash.

This color is beautiful over any solid color whether it be a red, peach , coral or plum. The blush stroke gives it a beautiful top color effect slightly changing it giving a beautiful finish. Then top clear coat to finish it!
