The product is wonderful but I came here to tell everyone how wonderful customer service is. I received a set of product (Kenra) and there was an issue with the shampoo. I emailed them asking for a replacement for just the one item. No question asked, they sent an entire set. I was surprised to say the least …customer service just isn’t really good anywhere these days and it was refreshing to see and experience customer service as it used to be. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
