This masque is amazing. I am 50 and have very long hair which means it's very old hair. I leave this in while I soap up, shave and wash my face and when I rinse my hair it feels AMAZING!! I use it once a week and the overall quality of my hair has improved so mmuch.I highly recommend this product and Beauty Plus prices can't be beat
