This was my first time trying a pre-shampoo treatment. This treatment worked with my thick course hair. I applied product as directed by sectioning my hair, I applied this treatment, and then shampooing on top. I rinsed and then applied my usual conditioner. I did noticed a difference with my hair. My hair felt soft and fluffy. It was very manageable. I will be using this product before starting my shampoo routine. I highly recommend giving this product a try.
