I have well water/hard water and light blonde hair. Ouch! This is my 'go to' remedy that helps freshen up my color when there is hard water build up. I don't need to use this often, but its in my vanity when I want to look my very best for a special occasion. You do need a good conditioner after the product does its job.

In 2015 I moved into a new town with new water.. Before long my hair started doing some really weird stuff, breaking off , brassy, reds were coppery and the texture of my hair was like a doll. I thought it was my products so I tried several different things as well as even changing my colorist and salon. I am known for my beautiful mane of hair, thick, curly, long and healthy. My hair looked so bad , dry brassy, different lengths. I tried everything ! nothing made it better overall. My hair would go back and fourth between OK and then terrible. I didn't understand why. UNTIL! one day my friend who lives in the same new town mentioned the hard water and how it reeks havoc on her hair, same exact complaints I had. So I did research and found out the we have very hard water. So I looked high and low for solutions and a water softer was not in my financial wheel house. I found MALIBU online. a treatment , as well as shampoo and conditioning for hard water ! I got the product yesterday and JUST did the treatment after washing with my regular shampoo and I am in aw! My hair was not a tangled mess it fell weightless and stylable and super silky. I literally text two of my girlfriends that live in town and said you HAVE TO try this product with a photo of the treatment packet. I was a real person dealing with an issue for almost two years of sad hair days. I can honestly say that I highly recommend this product for to help wit buildup of hard water minerals.
