Manic Panic Lie Locks Semi-Permanent Color is a beautiful light shade of indigo that will remind you of a vibrant color of hydrangea flowers. It is recommended to lighten hair to a level 9 or 10 prior to coloring in order to achieve the most vibrant results. It is cruelty-free and vegan, and will also last for 4-6 weeks. It is free of PPD, ammonia, peroxide and parabens.
Shampoo hair using a deep cleansing shampoo. Apply color to freshly washed, dry hair. Empty the desired amount into a coloring bowl and apply evenly with a tint brush. Do not apply to the scalp, apply a 1/2 inch from the scalp. Saturate hair thoroughly. Comb evenly through hair until it becomes frothy. Cover hair with a plastic cap and leave on for 30 minutes. For added intensity, heat may be used. Rinse hair in cold water away from your face and body until the water runs clear.
