Manic Panic Virgin Snow Semi-Permanent Color is not a semi-permanent dye, but it is a violet-based toner. It is best for those who have platinum blonde hair or who want to tone the yellow out of hair before dying. When applied to level 10 pre-lightened hair, it will look as white as freshly fallen snow. It is PPD, ammonia, peroxide and paraben free and will last 4-6 weeks.
Shampoo hair using a deep cleansing shampoo. Apply color to freshly washed and dry hair. Empty the desired amount into a coloring bowl and apply evenly with a tint brush. Do not apply to scalp, but about 1/2 inch from the scalp. Saturate hair thoroughly. Comb evenly until it becomes frothy. Cover hair in a plastic cap and leave on for 30 minutes. For added intensity heat may be used. Rinse hair in cold water away from face and body until water runs clear.
