Manic Panic Semi-Permanent Hair Color Manic Mixer is an award-winning mixer that can be used with any color to achieve a lighter and pastel tint to the hair. This product will work best when using a whole jar of mixer and just a few drops of the desired color. The result is a beautiful pastel-like hair color. This vegan and cruelty-free formula will condition the hair while coloring. It is ready to use and is PPD, ammonia, peroxide and paraben free.
Ingredients
Aqua (Water, Eau, Agua), Propylene Glycol, Ceteareth-20, Cetearly Alcohol, Stearly Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearalkonium Chloride, Methylchloriisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazoline, Oleyl Alcohol, Acetic Acid, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride.
How to Use
Shampoo hair using a deep cleansing shampoo. Apply color to freshly washed, dry hair. Empty the desired amount into a coloring bowl and apply evenly with a tint brush. Do not apply to the scalp, apply a 1/2 inch from the scalp. Saturate hair thoroughly. Comb evenly through hair until it becomes frothy. Cover hair with a plastic cap and leave on for 30 minutes. For added intensity, heat may be used. Rinse hair in cold water away from your face and body until the water runs clear.
