Matrix Oil Wonders Volume Rose Pre-Shampoo Treatment For Fine Hair is a weekly treatment to use prior to shampooing to nourish damaged strands. This treatment was designed to strengthen and reinforce hair fibers from root to tip. It will only attach to damaged areas of hair to ensure that no additional weight is added to it. Any fine diameter strands are strengthened from root to tip. Fine hair has up to 78% more volume.

Our BPS beauty advisors recommend shaking first to activate. Section hair into 3 parts: top, middle, bottom. Begin with the bottom section. Apply 1 pump Volume Rose Pre-Shampoo Treatment Oil to hands. Rub together to warm oil before applying. Work through mid-lengths to ends. Repeat for all sections. Leave on hair for 1-3 minutes. Do not rinse. Follow with Oil Wonders Volume Rose Shampoo. 3-5 pumps are recommended for full application, you may use more for long hair. Customize by applying the Pre-Shampoo Treatment Oil to target areas where most strengthening is needed.

I found this on the clearance isle in ULTA. Hope it is not a discontinued item. My hair has never felt softer or shinier.
I have thin color treated hair and always had dryness in the back but this product has made all my hair feel silky
