My hair has always been fine but now it's getting finer and thinner. so I took the survey on Nioxin's website to see what to buy and it told me Kit 3. I really like the shampoo and it really cleans well and leaves my hair with less tangles which to me equals less hair loss. The conditioner is horrible. It does help with tangles, but it makes my hair, flatter, thinner and more lifeless than ever. :( will not continue the conditioner. None of this helps grow hair anyway, it's all just setting up a conducive environment to keep hair growing or from falling out. I use the leave on treatment and it's seems fine, but I"M not sure why??? Overall, it's probably not worth the money. I'd definitely talk to a stylist or dermatologist before purchasing.
