Our BPS beauty advisors recommend you smooth primer over eyes. Start eye shadow brush and shade lids with all-over lid color. Then with a crease brush, use the darkest color to shade into creases. Blend well. With an eyeshadow brush use the lightest color to highlight brow bones.
