Step One: After preferred Pureology shampoo, remove excess water from the hair.Step Two: Apply Color Fanatic Top Coat + Tone Blue evenly throughout hair. When using Top Coat + Tone Blue apply to previously color-treated areas to neutralize unwanted tones.Step Three: Leave in for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.Step Four: Finish with preferred Pureology conditioner or mask, only if necessary.
