Mix 1 part Blondor Toner with 2 parts 6 vol. or 20 vol.

Apply to pre-shampooed and conditioned hair with an applicator bottle or bowl and brush, and develop up to 10 minutes for pastel toning or up to 30 minutes for base toning, checking frequently for desired result.
DO NOT USE WITH HEAT.
Brass Kicker: Mix 1-3 caps of Brass Kicker + 1 bottle of Blondor Permanent Liquid Toner.
For every one capful of Brass Kicker, add two capfuls of developer (1:2 mixing ratio).
