How to Use
Our BPS beauty advisors recommend applying two coats of Zoya's MatteVelvet nail lacquer directly to a clean nail bed. To extend wear, apply one coat of the Zoya MatteVelvet Topcoat over your favorite matte shades after polish is completely dry. MatteVelvet by Zoya is not intended to be worn with a base coat, glossy top coat or speed dryer.
