I would give this a 0 if I could.
I used to love this hairspray and the hold was incredible.
It no longer is the same product.
It smells different and I could spray the whole can without any hold happening.

Been using 25 for many years. It was always the best spray out there. Now, the formula appears to have changed. There is no hold whatsoever. I recently bought the new 30 but even that has very little hold. Bring back the old formula and stop messing with a good thing!
