I don’t understand the shampoo. The description on how to use says to lather up your hair and work your way down. The shampoo does not even lather up! A dime size does he even cover the top of my hair. I would have to use a lot more to get it all in my hair it is not soapy at all. It reminds me of an in between wash conditioner. I have use this type of product in the past. With this shampoo I would have to use tons to try to get it all in my hair. I have reached out to customer service to see what they say about it. The product has nothing to do with the company their customer service has been great so far!
