I had been using Redken Rewind for many years and when I could no longer find it, I tried the Pliable Paste. It works just like the real thing. It holds my hair in place and makes my hair feel thicker and more manageable. I get alot of compliments on the body I now have.

Rewind is hard to get around here. My salon can get it for me, but out of stock a lot so it takes a while.

If the same as Redken Rewind 6, it's great!

Since I still have some Rewind 6 I have not used this substitution for Rewind 6, but if it is the same I highly recommend it. I apply it and 10-15 minutes later when dry, I brush my hair and it seems to have more body and stays in place with little disturbance from light wind, etc.
