I started using Moroccan Oil treatment on my hair this past summer 2016. My hair is fine and going through drastic changes. Alopecia and weight loss. My hair is coming back and still long..The oil treatment..I used each time I washed my hair. Just a little in your hand and through the long hair. You can put it all over but I preferred it to be from middle of hair down. Keeps hair from getting tangled and is very pretty. It smells goods and is very good for my hair. Your hair will shine and it will help you through the 'changing' process when growing out your hair..or even short. I'm very glad the hair stylist that was cutting my grandsons hair at the time told me about this product.
