Pravana ChromaSilk Blissful Blue is a professional semi-permanent dye with a long-lasting formula, delivering a beautiful blue pastel shade. Very simple to use and does not require any developer. Pravana ChromaSilk Vivids include a blend of keratin amino acids and pure silk amino acids to help keep hair strong and prolong color.
Water (Aqua/Eau), Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Lanolin Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Propylene Glycol, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Ethyl Ester of Hydrolyzed Silk, Simethicone, Fragrance (Parfum), Methylchloroisothiazolinone. May Also Contain: Basic Violet 16 (CI 48013), Hc Blue No. 15, Basic Yellow 40, Basic Blue 99 (CI 56059), Basic Orange 31.
Our Beauty Advisors Recommend pre-lightening before using Pravana color to ensure the brightest color possible. Apply Pravana Chroma color directly to the hair without mixing in any developer. Allow hair to process 20-30 minutes at room temperature. Thoroughly rinse out color and shampoo until water runs clear.

All pastels are so light

This is the 4th lilac pastel I've used in the past month since I bleached my hair Platinum white in preparation for depositing purple pastel. It was probably 2nd to pulp riot lilac. It hardly went on at all but is more of a silver almost bluish light color. It actually looks kind of pretty, especially with my dark blue ends but like any other pastel dye, it just does not go on well and is not bright at all.

I decided to try Pravana because a teammate of mine used it and had amazing results. She didn't use pastels though so I had no idea these would be different (it was also 3 years ago). So I bought one tube of Pretty in Pink for my son's half and half, and two tubes of Luscious Lavender for my entire head. It. Was. Awful. I've been doing hair for 24 years, I've had and done pastels before. I'm not sure exactly what happened but even with protein filler, it only took to certain parts of our hair and we both had level 9.5 blonde. I processed like I always do and I'm meticulous with Vivids. The Pravana lightener & developer were amazing and totally worth the money. I don't know if the formula is different or what, but these were the crappiest results I've ever had and I'm worried now bc I have 4 other colors (not pastels) I'm supposed to use on his friends. They're all my Pravana guinea pigs, but I still want them to have good hair. Beauty Plus, on the other hand, is fantastic. My new go to beauty supplier!

I use the too cute coral over my golden blonde and it gives the sweetest rosy pink tone. My hairstylist used this on me first and I loved both the color and how silky it makes my hair! The color doesn’t stay very long, as is typical with soft pastel color on not totally bleached hair so I mix it half and half with conditioner for upkeep.
